This makes it an approved specialist company for <a href=\"\/?page_id=633\">welding highly safety-relevant components of rail vehicles<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Special manufacturing expertise required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As these components are important for the safety of the vehicles, companies in Europe must be verifiably qualified and certified to manufacture them. The basis for this is the European standard <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.din.de\">DIN<\/a> EN 15085-2 &#8220;Railway applications &#8211; Welding of railroad vehicles and components &#8211; Part 2: Quality requirements and certification of welding companies&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>J\u00f6rg Halladin, welding engineer and responsible welding supervisor at SPALECK: &#8220;Welding in rail vehicle construction places high demands on quality due to the continuous dynamic loads and the applicable safety requirements. At the same time, we have a duty to ourselves and our customers to work efficiently. This already allowed us to weld unpressurized containers without special test pressure and simple add-on parts for rail vehicles, among other things.
