After we successfully introduced the company care guide in June, it quickly became clear how relevant this topic is for our employees. In her role as care guide, Hanna Hitpaß reports: “There is great interest and demand for the care guide service and the positive feedback confirms to us in the SPALECK health circle that we are on the right track.”
We are therefore delighted to have now officially signed the charter on reconciling work and care and to be an active participant in the NRW state program.
Together with the SPALECK Health Circle, represented here by Peter Buhr, Karin Spaleck and Hanna Hitpaß (from left to right), we want to focus even more on the topic of care. The charter encourages us to expand our measures as a care-friendly Family-owned business in order to provide the best possible support for employees who provide care and to offer them concrete assistance.
