A few months ago, the SPALECK water technology and metal processing team successfully completed the construction of lamella clarifiers – an important part of an overall wastewater treatment solution for one of our customers in the chip industry. In the meantime, the installation of the system has made great progress:

  • The last containers are installed and ready for operation.
  • Our new platform with a chamber filter press is also ready for use.
  • A catwalk was successfully installed between the containers to facilitate access.
  • The switchgear has been installed and is now in position.
  • The first pipework between the components was installed and ensures a smooth process.

Over the next few weeks, the experts from SPALECK Wassertechnik will continue to take care of the pipework, the cable route expansion and the electrical connection so that waste water, air and electricity can soon work together smoothly.

Special thanks go to Tim, our project manager at SPALECK Wassertechnik, who not only drives the process technology forward, but is also actively involved himself!

Frequently asked questions

AutoCLEAN was developed in the SPALECK TestCenter and with and for real recycling applications. The system has been tried and tested in practice and shows optimum results in real recycling plants. We will be happy to provide you with specific references and results for specific materials and applications on request.

The easiest way is to test your original material in the SPALECK TestCenter. Alternatively, we offer you the option of inspecting reference systems. In both cases, you can see how AutoCLEAN behaves with your material and what positive effects AutoCLEAN has on the treatment process.

AutoCLEAN aims to reduce operating costs in the Recycling process – in particular through less cleaning effort, optimized production and treatment processes and optimal use of screening technology. In many applications, this results in rapid economic benefits.
