To support our employees who find themselves in such challenging situations, SPALECK now has a new company care guide.
A company care guide offers initial orientation, information on offers of help, advice networks and legal framework conditions, provides information on reconciliation offers in the company and develops initial solutions to stabilize the situation together with the family carers.
Hanna Hitpaß from our marketing team and member of the SPALECK Health Circle has taken on this task. This makes her the direct contact person in the company for the topic of reconciling work and care. “I am delighted that the offer was accepted so quickly and that I can help my colleagues as a qualified care guide!” emphasizes Hanna.
