SPALECK AutoCLEAN is the new screen lining with integrated self-cleaning for use in recycling plants. It is suitable for Recycling processes that process rapidly contaminating materials such as Municipal solid waste, Slag, Auto Shredder Residue or Compost. Thanks to its self-cleaning effect, it prevents build-up and clogging of the Screen areas. This minimizes cleaning effort and improves sorting quality.

In recycling, the Screening process and material feed are decisive for Efficiency. If Baking residues and Blockages occur in the Screen deck, the screening quality suffers and with it the sorting quality. The financial outlay for cleaning also increases.

No, AutoCLEAN is not suitable for Flip-Flow screening machines. However, Flip-Flow screening machines do not usually require any special cleaning support for the screen mats due to their flip-flow principle.
